Foreshadowing

B2MeM Challenge: N43 Weather - Sleet, B7 - All Creatures Foul and Fair: Crebain, N33 - Four Words Drabble: gang, remarkable, blackberry, nicety
Format: Drabble
Rating: General
Summary: Radagast loves birds

Radagast tossed a blackberry into the air, laughing with delight as the bird deftly caught it, acknowledging the nicety with bow. Remarkable creatures were crows, hardy and clever, though these of Dunland were especially so. They roamed the local offal heaps in gangs and flew in flocks several hundred strong through even rain and sleet. With sight almost keen as an eagle, high intelligence, and the ability to recognize and distinguish human faces and voices, they were perfect for the task at hand.

“Gather your flock and fly with all speed to Isengard. Saruman the White has need of you.”

Rock those ravens, Radagast. OMG! What a summary?

Have you see those pictures of Radagast house from The Hobbit? Very cool. Looks like awesome fanfiction to me. Of course, it is impossible for me to think of ravens without thinking of A Game of Thrones now. George R. R. Martin and Radagast should compare notes.

No, I haven't seen the pics. Maybe it will be inspirational. I'm hoping the movie will be inspirational for fanfic. I still haven't seen Game of Thrones. Maybe one day when I'm rich enough to afford HBO.

You have to be very, very rich. You'd have too give up a pizza a month to pay for it. Of course, I am so poor, I didn't have that kind of spare change for awhile. Or the truth is, I had no control over what we got on our cable plan.

Am with Radagast on crows! Even though these wind up being the bad guys, they're still smart and capable. This group would be more deserving than most of the official collective term: a "murder of crows".

Oh, I love your back story for the crebain! One thing that always irritates me (aye, even in LOTR with WTF-were-you-thinking Sauron) is dumb villains. I'm glad that at least the birds are clever. Like your drabble. :o)

Just realised, you got a 6th place at the bingo? Congratulations. I never made it.
